After scheduling, you’ll receive an email confirming inspection details. There will be a link to the inspection agreement which you can read and sign on any device, as well as a link to make a secure payment.
Pricing is based on the square footage of the home.
Inspections usually take between 2.5 – 4 hours depending on the size and age of the home.
You’re welcome to be there the whole time, however it can get a little boring. This is why I recommend showing up about 2-3 hours after the scheduled start time. This allows me time to get into all the hard to reach spots, like the attic and crawlspace, and really focus on performing the most thorough and detailed inspection possible.
In most cases I’ll have the report ready the same day, and you’ll get notified as soon as it’s complete.
